Introduce the issue for those new to the concept
Discuss requested changes to the recent draft - A new draft will be out July 26 and posted on the wiki. Please review this paper in advance and be ready to comment on required additions.
Draft approval by subgroup - Be ready to approve this draft or provide input concerning what needs to be changed during this call. This is a subgroup approval only and will still be presented to the rest of the VSWG before being presented to the plenary for approval.

During the call, the group reviewed the CIBER 2.5 Migration paper and agreed to the following Action Items:

Michael Burns from Verizon Wireless will clarify with his group if they would like to see the MDN be populated with zeros if a valid number is not available.
Add a paragraph clarifying the difference between MIN and IMSI, as it relates to Local Number Portability, and clarify the definition of MSID.
Cibernet will contact Syniverse and VeriSign and discussion the example of the MDN/MIN split. Ensure that the examples are correct (Should the “1” be populated).
Update document with feedback provided by the group and email it out to the group for sign-off before the meeting in Guam.
Cibernet will send out the draft of the document by Friday, August 18th, no later than August 21st.
