- Purpose
- Discuss what is on the potential 2007 VSWG list in to prepare to rank these items.
- Agenda
- We will define what is meant by each item on the list and discuss potential deliverables for these items. This is to create a list for carriers to rank for 2007 VSWG work items.

| Remote OTA | Several operators lack the OTAF capability in their network. This can hamper roaming efforts for things like updating PRLs, activating authentication or programming Mobile-IP profiles. IF these operators' phones are OTAPA-capable, they could in theory be provisioned by an OTAF that resides outside the operator's own network, using the interconnectivity established for roaming. The OTAF could reside in another operator's network, or at the RSP. |

- October 24th – The revised and more descriptive list will go out to the carriers asking them to rank each of the work items in order of importance to them.
- November 9th - The final ranking is due back to Libby
- The priorities will be discussed and finalized during the VSWG meeting in San Francisco on November 29.
