Two calls were held to accommodate participants from around the world.

- Version 0.4 of the PCD detailed requirements document
is now available
- Changes:
- Formatting updated to CDG standard
- Language for optional requirements changed from "shall" to "should"
- Mobile Terminated SMS & Voice Plus Code display now optional
- ORCM support in MSC optional
- A few minor clarifications
- This was brief to lay out the next steps for this document, and answer any questions that arise
- We will pause on work on this document in this forum
- In the meantime, operators should take v0.4 to their engineering teams for review (both core network and handset teams)
- Any comments are due by June 9
- After final comments are incorporated we resend and then ask for top management to give requirements list to vendors.

- Current version is 0.4 and posted on the wiki.
- Daniel is happy to support a call or respond via email inquiries to discuss the document if needed.
- Star 99 option is not covered in this document. This focuses on the true network solution.
- Chip from Alltel would like more info on *99 option. Information about *99 is available on the CDG website in the archive section.
- Sprint may not make the June 9 date for comments but will try.
- Tata: Requested inclusion of requirements relating to MMS. Daniel: Will aim to have some coverage for the next revision.

- All members: June 9 - provide final comments to reference document to Daniel either via the wiki or email.
- June 14 - Final review of reference document and approval at June IRT
- Carriers: to ask top management to give requirement list to vendors (both for handsets and core network)

- Bakrie Telecom, TATA, Mobile-8 agreed to provide the plus code contact point for their vendors.
- Other vendor contacts from other carriers are requested.
- CDG/IRT team leads agreed to provide Document 145 to vendor contacts (contacts as provided by carriers)
