We reviewed the kick-off presentation. The following comments were documented:

Operators confirmed that the test plan review and implementation was important to them.
Draft mission statement recommended updates:
- Change wording from “all features” to “contracted features”
- Restrict to voice and SMS.
- Include SMS tests or reference separate test plan
Test plan was intended for international roaming. Will be updated to include domestic and direct roaming.
Update document to allow testing between 2 or more carriers.
Implement version numbering on test document
After the final review and updates are made, a change request process will be implemented.
Recommended that test plans for Stage 1, 2, and 3 be completed with a focus on Stage 1 network testing first, and Stage 2 production and transfer of billing (CIBER) and Stage 3 Customer service at a later time
All stages will be included in one test plan.
Group to provide feedback on the number of repetitions after the first review is completed.
Legal review recommended to assure that this plan does not violate any copyrights, etc. with the GSM association. (The GSM test documents were leveraged to complete the initial plan.)
Specify that this plan is for roaming and not connectivity.
No participants were aware of a Roaming Performance Assessment report.

Ann Munno - Make updates to plan as noted above.
Ann Munno – Review any potential legal issues with Qualcomm.
Daniel Salek – Post Powerpoint presentation and test plan on the Wiki
Group – Review test plan draft (revision, comments and talking points). Provide feedback on the Wiki or provide on our next review call
Ann Munno – Schedule next review call for November 12th to be conducted prior to Jamaica meeting.
