All carriers except LG Telecom approved revised document 87. LG Telecom approved revised document #87 except for having "ESN" as mandatory item for investigation request.LG Telecom proposed to have it as optional item due to its security concern.

The following carriers have already approved the revised document#87 before the call.

- Telus Mobility

- LG Telecom: to share with WG members as regards with its concern and proposal (having "ESN" as optional item).
- Carriers: to state its position whether "ESN" should be mandatory or optional. Especially, I would appreciate opinions from those carriers which have approved the revised document (having "ESN" as mandatory item). Please kindly share your position to this distribution list (IRT-VS-WG@OBERON.3DIINC.COM) by Feb. 27, Wednesday.
I am hoping to close this discussion and to get approval for the revised document by Feb.28, Thursday. Your kind attention and cooperation would be much appreciated.
