- Draft document is here
- Clarify that these are "recommendations" as opposed to requirements
- Be specific that this document currently only applies to CDMA/CDMA roaming
[edit] Requirements Comments:
- General support to remove AMPS from recommended bandclass
- KDDI suggests having BC0 as mandatory and have other BCs as optional (or recommended) to support - VzW, USC support keeping BC1 as "recommended"
- Move to have "Strongly recommended" (BC0, BC1?) "Recommended" (450)
- For PRL update, don't recommend a specific method (3GPP2 cited as example only)
- Roaming indicators: all of 8.1.1? (Is all of 8.1.1 ok?)
- KDDI suggested to have one of roaming indicators stated in Section 8.1.1 in 3GPP2 document C.R1001-C as a requirement.
- Specify a minimum size capacity for PRLs (8k?)
- On MEID recommendation, reference CDG #137 for more info
- KDDI - doesn't like IMSI_T recommendation
- Alltel suggests adding a reference in section 2.8 to CDG #155
