and #59 were approved by all participants.
- Additional approval from Mobile-8 and S-Telecom was received after the conference call.
- Verizon Wireless commented that VZW would create and utilize their Billing TDS as a separate document and post it on C-RIET.
- Sprint Nextel commented that Sprint would create and include the Billing TDS in their Network TDS and post it on C-RIET.
- KDDI commented that KDDI will distribute their latest Network TDS in the end of April, with Billing TDS sheet merged.
- On C-RIET, the category "#59 Billing Specs. (Billing Voice and SMS TDS) will remain in place so that carriers who create Billing TDS as an individual document can upload it there.
- All other carriers who merge Billing TDS sheet into Network TDS will upload it under the category "#81 Network Voice and SMS TDS".

- Now, I would like to ask each carrier to create your own Billing TDS using the attached approved template, by the next IRT Beijing meeting in May if possible.
