3GPP2 - Third Generation Partnership Project 2

Born out of the ITU IMT-2000 initiative, 3GPP2 was established to set third generation CDMA system specifications. These specifications include TIA-41 intersystem operations for network evolution to 3G and radio transmission technologies supported by TIA-41. 3GPP2 specifications are available for download to anyone, free of charge, from the 3GPP2 website. These include relevant TIA standards that are cross-referenced and available as 3GPP2 specifications (e.g., C.S0024 on the 3GPP2 website is TIA-856).
