ARP – Authorized Receipt Point

An entity recognized by Cibernet as an officially designated point of contact to accept, process and forward roamer call data on behalf of operators. The ARP is designated by a home operator to receive roamer call data and perform CIBER and other custom edits on behalf of the operator for purposes of settlement and exchange with roaming partners.
