Automatic Call Delivery

A feature that allows subscribers to receive incoming calls when they are roaming outside of their home coverage area. IS-95 Rev. A markets must have autonomous registration activated to support automatic call delivery.

This term was more commonplace in the earlier days of CDMA roaming. These days, most CDMA roaming is automatic. As such, automatic call delivery is now rarely mentioned as a service and is simply assumed to be the way roaming works.
