BILLID – BillingID

TIA-41 parameter assigned at the Anchor MSC. The BillingID is transferred, as required, to each system involved in an intersystem operation, and is primarily intended for billing record correlation. However, the BillingID may also be used for other purposes such as identifying the Anchor MSC.

Note that the BILLID is different from the BID value assigned by Cibernet.

This parameter is defined in TIA-41 (3GPP2 X.S0004).
