The IRT plenary group meets face-to-face four times a year, in addition to holding various conference calls. As activity in the taskforces and working groups increase, fewer specific work items will fall directly to the IRT plenary.

The information on the IRT Plenary wiki pages primarily relates to administrative matters. For information on the next meeting and notes from past meetings, go to MEETINGS.

Reference documents and resolutions follow a standard approval structure. This structure allows for different levels within the CDG organization to review and approve suggeted implementation guidlines and reference docuements. There are two main email reflector addresses which together address the entire IRT: roamingcarriers@oberon.3diinc.com and roamingvendors@oberon.3diinc.com

Note that these lists affect approximately 300 recipients. As such, please consider whether using one of the subgroup email reflectors would be more appropriate before sending emails to all IRT members.
