The roaming voicemail white paper (aka "Roaming Voice Mail Deposit, Indicator and Access") was first released on Feb 19 2006, and has undergone several updates since.
It is now a CDG draft reference document, #135
At the November 2006 IRT meeting, it was approved by the VSWG and the IRT Plenary - Steering Committee approval is expected soon, followed by official release.
